When in the coarse of human events a free Constitutional Republic finds itself embedded with the very Constitutional enemy that inspired its existence, the duty of all patriotic citizens is to expel and cleans the republic of this enemy and not support or extend the attack on the Republic's Constitution by acceptance of it. ( See the Declaration of Independence - Our founding Document that teaches a free people on how to start, stop and handle a government )

Barack Hussein Obama “ son of an African, educated as a small child in Indonesia where he was registered in school as a Muslim, and brought up later in Hawaii by his 100 percent white, mainstream grandparents “(Arab News) , will within six month's after his inauguration, through signed legislation and executive orders remove our right of free speech, and free enterprise, both protected by the Constitution

Fairness Doctrine.

This will take away his oppositions ability to be heard while insuring his and his fellow socialist/marxist continued over throw of the United States as a free nation ,as defined by its founders. See Video below. The government then will decide what can and can't be heard.

When an ideology, and those who follow it, expresses its disregard for the Constitution by considering it a historical document changeable by an appointed judges decree rather than the Constitutionally required ¾ ( 75% ) of the states legislatures in the union, then we must consider it an enemy of the constitution.

The US Constitution is the document that puts limitations on the governments control over the free people. This document defines the difference between the free people and government.

The Declaration of Independence (our founding document) teaches a free people how to handle, stop and re-start a government.

The Government and The People are two completely different considered entities and while these document spell this out in its protection of people from the government, it also prevent any one from changing it by placing a requirement of an two thirds vote by all the states in the union. This means an supreme court Justus can only make it judgments in accordance with it. Doing otherwise would require the self contained approval of the people ¾ ( 75% ) of the states legislatures in the union.

One can't use one part of The Constitution to destruct another part of it. Thats called enemy infiltration. All who follow the oath to protect it from all enemies both from without and from within must cleans this enemy from the very system that allows them to participate.

Remember the Declaration of Independence and Constitution teaches the will of the government is not the will of the people. The government does not speak for the people but the people speaks for the government from who its protected from. This may seam confusing to some but one must understand the founding fathers wisdom in why a government will always be a threat to the people who creates it.This is purely and precisely why they created the Constitution .

In light of these facts I find it my Patriotic Duty to abide by the standards our founding fathers use while defining what an American is and oppose and fight this enemy till purged from union.

And That's the American Word !!
